Santo Domingo - Nuestro Presidente y Vicepresidente, el General Carlos Ant. Fernández Onofre, ERD. y el Coronel Rafael G. Almonte Cid, ERD., realizaron visita de cortesía al Lic. Rolfi Domingo Rojas Guzmán, Presidente de la Comisión Presidencial de Apoyo al Desarrollo Barrial, donde trataron temas inherentes a ambas instituciones para viabilizar proyectos en beneficio de nuestros retirados.
